Common questions

• How do I invite the other parent or family? Open Settings, tap Care circle, and share the circle code. They install the app, sign in, and choose “Join existing”.
• Reminders aren't appearing? Open iPhone Settings, go to Notifications, and check that Circle of Care can send them. Also make sure you opened the app recently on the phone that should remind you.
• How do I correct a wrongly logged dose? Tap the entry in History and choose “Mark as mistake”. The app never deletes anything, and corrections stay visible, crossed out.
• How do I delete my account? Open Settings and tap Delete account.
